Basic Instructions for all Green Smoothies

1) Blend greens and water in a high powered blender for 30-60 seconds

2) Add remaining fruit ingredients and essential oils to the blender and blend for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.

Suggested “Super Foods” to Add to your Smoothies

Always use certified organic products first or home garden quality pesticide free.
Base— Filtered water or ionized alkaline filtered, kefir, coconut water, pure orange juice, Rejuvelac, almond milk, or any nut or seed milk.
Greens– kale, spinach, dandelion greens, beet tops, watercress, arugula, romaine, chard, col-lard greens, wheat grass, barley grass, broccoli sprouts, any sprouts, spring mix, parsley, cilant-ro, mustard greens, cabbage, turnip greens.
Vegetables– Beet root, celery, cucumber, carrots, peppers, ginger.
Misc.– Spirulina power, chlorella powder, blue-green algae, bee pollen, help seeds or hemp powder, maca powder, raw cacao, cayenne powder, cinnamon, chia seed, aloe vera, camu ca-mu, sprouted flax, almond butter, organic peanut butter, coconut meat or desiccated
coconut.
Healthy Fats—Hemp oil, coconut oil, flax oil.
Fruits— Banana, avocado, cherries, blueberries, strawberries, apples, oranges, mango, camu berry, goji berries, grapefruit, lemon, limes, pears, peaches and grapes.
doTERRA essential oils— Detoxification blend, Metabolic blend, basil, bergamot, clary sage, black pepper, coriander, cilantro, cinnamon, cassia, citrus blend, clove, digestive blend, fennel, ginger, grapefruit, lemon lime, marjoram, wild orange, oregano, peppermint, and rosemary.
Caution: Do not put any other brand of essential oil into your food or drink, only doTERRA

Energy Boosting Smoothie (Exercise)
3 handfuls of spinach
1 cup frozen/fresh mango
15 mint leaves
1/2 cup frozen/fresh strawberries
1/2 banana
1 cup coconut water
2 drops doTERRA Metabolic blend essential oil
1 drop doTERRA wild Orange

Fat Burner Smoothie Kick (Exercise)
1 1/2 cup coconut water
1 cup kale
1/4 avocado
1 cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
1TBSP sprouted flax or flax seed
1/8 TSP high-quality cayenne pepper
2 drops doTERRA Lemon essential oil
1 drop doTERRA Grapefruit essential oil

Really Chocolate Peppermint Smoothie
(Stress and Mood Management)
1 1/2 cup water or coconut water
1 banana
2-3 TBS raw cacao powder
1-2 dates, soaked
1/4 cup walnuts
Handful fresh organic spinach
1/2 TSP, vanilla
1-2 drops doTERRA Peppermint essential oil
Ice cubes

Marks Healthy Pep up and Mood Enhancer

3 Cups filtered water or rice milk
1 1/2 Handfuls of fresh Spinach
1 1/2 Handfuls of spring mix or Kale
1 Apple quarter cut
1 Handful of carrots
1 Orange or two cutie oranges
1 Cup frozen blueberries (Costco)
1 Cup frozen Fesival blend fruit (Costco)
1 TSP Spirulina powder
3 drops Metabolic blend essential oil

Optional:
1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt for creamier flavor

Julius’s 3 Oranges (A mood favorite)

2 Cups filtered water
2 Cups of Organic Spinach
2 Cups of Organic Kale
1 Apple quartered
1 Orange or 2 Cuties
1 Cup frozen Strawberry (Costco)
1 Cup frozen Mango
1 Frozen or fresh banana
2 Drops Wild Orange essential oil
1 Drop Lemon essential oil
2 Drops Citrus Bliss blend essential oil

Optional: 1/2 – 1 cup vanilla yogurt for creamy orange/vanilla flavor
